Analyst, Talent Acquisition

Project Overview and Role

The purpose of the position is to support the overall contributions of the talent acquisition team to the organization, specifically with the business development unit with bids and proposals The role will be responsible for sourcing candidates and developing networks, screening and scheduling candidate interviews, collecting documentation, and supporting talent associates for final salary negotiations by validating and substantiating applicant data.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will be expected to support talent initiatives by working closely with Talent Associates in the following capacities:

o Effectively liaise with capture and BD teams to ensure full understanding of their requirements, preferences and timeframes and communicate these with talent associates
o Advertise vacancies for Talent Associates when needed and filter resumes to match with required skills
o Schedule and coordinate interviews for proposed staff with proposal team
o Obtain USAID Biodata (EBD or 1420) forms from all proposed staff and substantiate data to include reference checks, salary history and all other required information for the proposal
o Provide updates to Talent Associates on a weekly or more frequent basis regarding status relating to all personnel items
o Maintain regular contact with proposed staff in each proposal or capture opportunity and provide relevant and timely information as needed
o Perform other duties as assigned to ensure full quality operations of the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

Minimum education and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Relevant HR or business related qualification or certification preferred;
  • Mastery of MS Office Applications
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in HR;
  • Experience working in a global setting is desirable; and


Key competencies and professional expertise preferred
o Knowledge of USAID proposal recruiting
o Exposure to federal contracting and proposals preferred
o Exceptional standard of written and oral communications skills with people at all levels
o Excellent MS Office skills
